Turn around time?
Delivery Timeline
Your RAW files will be sent within 48 hours after your shoot so you can take a look right away.
Once you’ve made your selections, edited images are typically delivered within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays — though it rarely takes that long!).
Need your photos sooner? No problem! Rush options are available:
• $100 – 24-hour delivery
• $75 – 48-hour delivery
• $50 – 72-hour delivery
Do you charge for raw photos?
No, all of your raw photos will be given to you at no extra charge.
Need to reschedule? Running Late?
Rescheduling:
Clients must notify the photographer in advance if a reschedule is needed.
New dates are based on availability and must be booked within 3 months of the original session date.
Please arrive on time! A $25 late fee applies after 15 minutes.
Sessions won’t be extended for late arrivals.
If you’re 30+ minutes late, a $50 fee applies even if you’ve notified Just Win ahead of time. If no notice is given, the session is automatically canceled after 30 minutes and the deposit is forfeited.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please note that booking deposits are non-refundable once your session is confirmed. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Please note that delivered edits are final and non-refundable due to the time and creative effort involved. In the rare event of an unforeseen emergency or “Act of God” (such as severe illness or natural disaster), we’ll gladly reschedule your session or issue a credit at our discretion.
